I think I started to do her workouts about two years ago, when I did not have a chance to go to the gym and decided to switch to home workouts. I guess the channel of Heather Robertson was the first that got me hooked up on follow along You Tube workouts. Done it, tried it, got results and loved it! Lets start with the people on You Tube I am personally suggesting to everyone…. For example, I don’t trust “influencers” who are inviting me to starve, restrict myself in food… The bottom line – there are the channels with people who never stop admiring themselves and don’t care about their followers – they are there only to show off and sell something. Sometimes it is enough just to simply scroll through the channel’s videos. Don’t be lazy, do some background research. There are thousands of influencers on social media nowadays and some of them really do not have any idea what they are taking about or suggesting to do. I am also obsessed with food and cooking, but that is another topic □ This time I want to share with you my favorite channels and people on You Tube whose workouts I am dong very regularly.īut first a very important suggestion from me – when you decide to do any kind of home workouts, following along You Tube trainers, please, please make sure these people are really understanding what are they are teaching or showing you. Hey! Lat’s talk fitness… Again! LOL Get used to this, because this is one of my favorite topics and I am quite obsessed with staying active and trying out new workouts.
